1. I don't appear to be able to download PPL Exam Pro

There have been reported issues regarding downloading PPL Exam Pro when using Microsoft Internet Explorer

Almost 100% of these issues have been resolved by using a different web browser and suggest that one of the following internet browsers be used instead of Microsoft Explorer

When I install PPL Exam Pro, it says that the computer does not recognise the file

Ensure that you have installed Adobe Air runtime. PPL Exam Pro is built on this platform to allow it to be compatible with both Mac and PC.

When I try to download PPL Exam Pro I get a message saying that I have reached all my download attempts

We have a number of safeguards in place to prevent your purchase being fraudulently used or copied by others. In normal circumstances you will receive your software download ion your first attempt. However our systems allow a maximum number of 5 attempts from the link we provide you in your purchase email. We also only allow this link to be active for 48 hours.

If for whatever reason, you have problems, just drop us an email with your receipt/purchase number that was confirmed to you in our emails to you and we will sort everything out for you.
